Carla, this is great information. I appreciate your willingness to share the knowledge you gained from others.
Hi Thank you for your help.I haven’t got my pic up asfor some reason when i hit browse it won,t go.
Hi Carla,
i am still missing the first 8 tips out your 30 tips. They are so full of significant content that I want to make sure I have them all on file to refer to as needed.
I will make sure you get them again. Glad they are so helpful for you.
Not only do I do greeting cards, but also Real estate which is how I got involved with the card system. My question to you is… where is the best place to get the Flip Ultra camcorder and why should I have one (other than the obvious for real estate) I have decided to get one for myself for my birthday (726) and want to do it right.
Thanks enormously for your time
i think i forgot to ask for the free tips. (sometimers is driving me crazy)
should i resign up?
Ahhh Kim you sound like me, you want the camera right now!!
I totally understand that one.
The Flip is one of the easiest cameras to use. You can “flip” it out anywhere and take some pretty good videos. For you testimonials from your customers both real estate and send out cards would be a good thing to post on your websites. You can also use it just to demonstrate something like tips on how to set up your home for an open house. I find that it is really good for creating something that answers questions from clients. AND For just showing off a little bit about who I am.
Being on-line is all about the relationships you create and it is much simpler to do when people can get to know you a little without you even knowing about it. People are watching you and a really good way to show who you are is in short 2 – 3 minute videos.
They are available in lots of stores! I would shop around for the best price, do your google search on-line and go from there. I bought mine in a non-chain store in Lake Tahoe. It stands up really well and is so very very easy to use. I have even used it to create a still photo, upload the photo into my SendOutCards and send postcards to people. It really is a versatile little camera.
The only draw back is no flash, so it is not always the best indoors on a dark and dreary day.
Hope this helps and may I be the first to wish you a very early Happy Birthday!
there is one on sale for $129 with a flash.. sounds like that may be a good deal. especially at Office Depot
Excellent! and with flash, yes that is a good deal!!
Sounds like a great birthday gift to me!!
Kim, thank you for the info re: “flip” camera on sale at Office Depot.
You are not aging – we're all just getting started! Great tips on your teleseminar. And you are right….it IS fun. I wish more folks knew just how much fun it is.
I agree Mary Anne, you and me better get busy demonstrating just how much fun it is!!
