Are You Willing To Do What It Takes?

By

I recently read a blog post where one line really stood out for me;  “It’s about the willingness to!”

Building a business on-line takes that willingness to do what ever it takes, to be willing to keep going even when you want to quit.

There have been lots of times I was ready to quit but I didn’t, and I am so very glad I didn’t.

One of my inspirations comes from an unlikely source, my dog Tyra.  She demonstrates to me what it takes in her own way!

;

She gives what ever she does her “ALL” and that inspires me. 🙂

Plus she has also taught me the importance of taking care of yourself and getting the rest we all know we need.

We had a great day at the dog Off-Leash Park today, she even got me running!

What inspires you?  Who or what demonstrates to you they are willing to do what it takes?

Comments and questions are always welcome here on the blog.

    Hi Carla,
Willing power can really do wonders, we see it every day, even people without legs or hands are doing extraordinary things (that even a perfect healthy man cannot even imagine to do). The reason is that no matter what the difficulties are people who really want to live and reach their dreams are willing to do whatever it needs to be done and even if everything is impossible they never give up, we really should learn from these people with special powers…

  2. HI Carla,
    Wonderful analogy!
Babies, pets, animals and nature always have the right answer for us, when there is a will there is a way.
Limiting beliefs and a destructive internal dialogue that babies, animals or nature do NOT have are the mental virusses we need to clean from our system when wanting to reach a goal.
It is refreshing to know that there is a solution and a way when we want something badly!
The power of intention coupled with inner work will always help us to get where we want in joy! like TYRA;)

  3. Love the video Carla – wish we had a dog park where I live! The willingness to hang in there through, up, around and over obstacles is such an important trait in life – it really makes all the difference between a near miss and success.

Yes! I am willing to do what it takes… Any parent will quite willingly watch in amazement (if privately) at what some of kids do to get what they want. And the thing is they more often than none succeed. If we were to bring the same determination to achieve our goals in our own social media marketing endeavors, imagine what we would be able to achieve.

  5. Success in anything comes mostly through determination, Carla.

You certainly… I mean, Trya certainly demonstrates this.

When things looks like they’ll never work, it is usually just sheer willingness that pushes us to go beyond our capabilities and outside of our comfort zone just far enough that we expand our universe of success. The more expansive that universe becomes, the more we truly believe in our abilities, and the more we are willing to extend ourselves.

  6. Hi Carla,

Thanks for sharing this video of your dog Tyra to show us the importance of giving your all in whatever you are doing. In order to be successful in life you have to never give up no matter what challenges you may face. Building my online business has shown me the importance of this time and time again. I appreciate the inspiration!

  8. Great post, Carla! I think that one of the things that help me when I seek inspiration is seeing the people who did things before me. One of them that really helps is watching Roger Bannister’s first four-minute mile on YouTube. It still amazes me that people once thought this was impossible, and watching someone do it tells me I can do other “impossible” things, too.

  9. Another great post Carla! So many entrepreneurs work long hours and still not have time for the things that are the most important in terms of the business growth. I know how important it is to focus on business development, and yet my days get sucked up with things that seem more urgent! I suppose that it begins with attitude…asking are we willing to become more mindful and do whatever it takes.
