All the hype you hear out there today about Social Media Marketing would have you believe that everyone and their dog needs a Facebook Page. Personally I don’t believe that is true. There are lots of good reasons to have one if you really have a purpose for it and are committed to maintaining it. Don’t think that you MUST go out there and create one, it is your choice.

Social Media Marketing – Facebook Fan Page – How Do I Promote It? (Or Do I Need To?)

You decided a Facebook Page is going to be a useful tool in your marketing toolbelt. You went to all the work of creating it and making it look good. You already feel like you have won the race BUT you have very few people who have “liked” your page! Not Good. This happens to a lot of people, once it is finished they believe the work is over. Not true it has actually just started, but lucky for you it’s fun work.
