Facebook Changes Make it Even Easier

Of the many new changes that have happened on Facebook over the last few months my favorite so far it the updated version of scheduling posts.
I see many benefits of scheduling posts on Facebook, the biggest is you can post when your fans and followers are on-line. Not just when you are available to create a post. Our fans all keep schedules different from our own, most of us don’t have the time to sit and post on Facebook all day. However we definitely want to take advantage of the timing information we receive in our Facebook insights and post when the majority of our fans will see our new content.
For all of your different marketing campaigns you can develop your strategy, create your content and post all at the same time. Many people find, me included, when you go back to something the message can take on a slightly different tone or feel. We create all of the post for each campaign at the same time, whether they be for Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. We are all in the same frame of mind and that shows in all of the posts we create. Our message is consistent. It is a work of art to sit back and watch your campaign roll out. You don’t have any of those last minute jitters, should I or shouldn’t I send out this last post!
Scheduling your posts can result in more engaged fans. And we all know the benefits of engagement on our edgerank, Right? When you schedule your posts you can post more often over a longer period of time. This means you will be in front of your fans on a very regular basis. You can keep an eye on your Facebook Insights and fine tune exactly the time of day you post in order to increase that engagement even more.
